Assembling teamz Demo
So, our game is in like, pre-pre-pre-Alpha stage. (For those of you who don't know, Alpha is when a game is being tested. It still has a lot of errors, so the major errors are what the programmers focus on. Any help? comment please) Any way, our game is still under development, and I realized something. Plant cells don't really move. So we have that obstacle. Maybe I'll just leave it to Luke, or maybe I'll' try to help. Who knows. I guess we'll see.
Presention relection blog.
I think our presentation was okay. I dint speak much, really just stood there. The game demo was incomplete, so we did not have much in that field. I fear that all of our game is a little beyond what we are capable of. But aside from all of those factors, I think it was decent. Even though it was incomplete, our game was what we made on our deadline, and that's just how it is. True, it would've gone faster with help, or if I understood the sound program better, or if i could actually program like the others, but I cant, so it came along as it did. If I was the only one working on this game, it would have random doodles everywhere, absolutely no animations or anything unless I asked for help. It would be rubbish. The only thing that light be slightly redeeming would possibly be the art. I lucky that they are working with me, and I'm grateful for their contributions on the game. Although there are crazy, or sullen, or just plain silly times, we still manage to work on the game each day, and get a little closer to the final project. If it has a random dancing dustmite, I know why, or a dinosaur making another eat a tree screaming eat your vegetables, I laugh and ask Luke why it's there. Each of us contributes some thing different, and sort of balance each other out. So even if we don't always get along, we all make the game a little better

Adding buttons
So, coding. I can make the scenes pretty but, coding can just sit there, obstinately refusing to work. I know how to make a button, but I cant code it, or really anything. I leave the codes to my friends to figure out, though I don't feel good about it. I tried coding, and only when attempting the interactive did it work even slightly. I did help Luke make the sound, but I couldn't help him code. I got two new definitions in my personal dictionary under useless and obstacle. Oh, and 'code' changed too. Under it is the actual definition, and under that is something like: evil, nearly impossible, insanely hard, ect. Starting to get the idea? I can't code, buttons, the game, movie clips, whatever. I want to help but don't know how. I managed to slightly speed the button process by adding one, minus the coding, with the main page file. It is harder than what seems humanly possible. I just feel useless when it comes to coding. Sure, I managed the mini game thing we did before the teams assembled, but that was with a lot of help. Anyways, this has gone long enough, (I dont want to rant too much) so, bye!
